Clenched With Gleeful Boasts Of “Dynamic Diplomacy” And Anti-US Latin American Coalitions

‘Iran’s dynamic diplomacy baffles US’:

An Iranian lawmaker says Iran’s dynamic diplomacy in Latin America, which was once regarded as the US backyard, has left Washington baffled. “Latin Americans consider the Islamic Republic of Iran as a role model in fighting the global arrogance and therefore the country has unrivaled credibility in that region,” Sattar Hedayatkhah said on Sunday.

The Iranian lawmaker added that the warm welcome extended to Iranian authorities during President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s five-day four-nation tour left the arrogant front, spearheaded by the US, worried about the course of action that will be taken by the free and justice-seeking nations of the world. Hedayatkhah pointed to Iran’s “serious presence” in Latin America, saying the country rivals the US in that region. President Ahmadinejad visited Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua and Ecuador and held talks with top Latin American leaders during his four-nation tour.
